- 1. Restart your web browser.
2. Go to Properties and clear your cache & cookies.
3. Turn off any pop-up or ad blocker, they sometimes block videos.
4. Use the latest Firefox, other browsers might not compatible with media players.
5. Make sure you do not have scripts/javascript blocked and have latest Flash and Shockwave plugins.

- This is base on the video hosting or your ISP or someone at your house is using too much bandwidth.
Try to wait a few minutes for the buffer bar (The bar that goes ahead of the video progress marker) Depending on your Internet connection some videos can take a long time to buffer (download).
- Q3: There's some video link seems broken, how do i report it?
- Each episode page has a report broken link option. If you see anything broken, you can click on it and we will Update/Fix it ASAP.

- You can go to our forum and request the anime series you like us to add.
